Integrated Rural Community Development Society (IRCDS) was founded in 1986 to support educational programs for agricultural workers. Their focus then became the eradication of all forms of modern slavery, including vulnerable brick kiln workers in central Tamil Nadu. They enable improved workplace safety and social security.
