Solidarity and Action Against The HIV Infection in India (SAATHII) was established in 2002 to support communities that are vulnerable or face violence because of their gender identity, sexuality, or HIV status. They work with transgender people through comprehensive programmes that address healthcare needs, violence, community organising, and access to government benefits.
